Release Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel a dove release in inclement weather i.e., heavy winds, heavy rain, heavy snow or heavy fog.  Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, but we find we can complete more than 95% of our releases.  A full refund (including deposit) will be issued. 
   

• If you chose to release the doves by hand versus a basket release, we will not be held responsible for any damage occurred by the doves to you or your (clothing) apparel.
   

• Release of the doves will be cancelled without a refund if there is an event delay and dusk or night approaches, as they do not fly at night.  We arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled release time and allow 30 minutes for delay.
   

•  We cannot guarantee exactly what the doves will do after they are released. The birds will always fly up  into the air after their release, but they may disappear very quickly or they may circle around many times before flying away.
   

• From time to time, we may have a photographer present to photograph our release for advertising purposes.  You agree to allow us to use any photos taken by us in our advertising. In exchange for this permission, we will provide you with one copy of any photo that you ask for.  We will hold exclusive copyrights to the photos.
